Creator partnerships
that build real trust.
We connect your brand with influencers whose audience actually matches your goals, and manage the relationship end to end — strategy, outreach, contracts, and reporting.
How we run influencer partnerships
Sourcing and vetting
We find creators whose audience genuinely overlaps with your customer, not just whoever has the biggest follower count.
Contracts and negotiation
We handle outreach, terms, and communication directly, so you're not managing a dozen individual relationships.
Creative briefing
Briefs that give creators direction while keeping content in their own authentic voice — that's what makes it work.
Performance tracking
Reporting tied back to your actual growth goals, not just views and likes.
We build campaigns, not lists of posts
A lot of influencer work in Japan is sold as a package: a number of creators from an agency roster, a number of posts, a report at the end. It is easy to buy and hard to learn anything from, because nobody set out what the campaign was supposed to prove.
We start from the job the campaign has to do, whether that is putting a new product in front of a category audience for the first time or getting enough authentic content to sustain paid for a quarter. The creator mix, the brief and the measurement all follow from that, and we hold usage rights so the content keeps working after the post goes live.
How a campaign comes together
Five steps, run in this order, with the measurement decided before anyone is contacted.
01 Objective
What this campaign has to prove, and what number we will judge it on. Reach, trial, content volume for paid, or a mix.
02 Creator mix
Nano, micro and mid-tier creators chosen against the objective. Small, credible accounts in the right category usually beat one large general one, and the cost profile is very different.
03 Brief and rights
Direction that leaves the creator's voice intact, plus usage rights agreed up front so the content can run as paid creative afterwards.
04 Compliance
Japan's stealth marketing rules under the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations have required clear ad labelling since October 2023. We brief creators on it and check the posts.
05 Amplification
The content that performs organically goes into paid, so reach is not capped at the creator's following.
06 Read-out
What worked, what did not, and which creators are worth going back to. Reported against the objective set in step one.
Creator content we have produced
Three pieces from creator campaigns we ran in Japan, with the views they earned organically before we put budget behind them.

Creator content works best feeding paid
The strongest-performing influencer content usually gets a second life as paid creative. We build that connection in from the start, so a good partnership doesn't stop paying off after the post goes up.
